The Ground Rules

Check in 2 – 7pm (up to 9pm by arrangement)

Check Out by 11.30 am (Tip for novice campers – tent down by 11 keeps your decamp on track)

Refund Policy:  30 days notice or longer – 90% refunded;   29-15 days 50% refund; 14 – 7 days 10%.

No amplified music.  Quiet time from 10pm – walkers and dreamers need their sleep.. but if you enjoy a late night chat under stars and around your fire, that’s wonderful too!

Cars stay in the car park aka No cars in the field, we have carts to decant your stuff.  Children like to help when they see them..

No weekend day guests.. but if on a weekday, book in advance only: £14/person, £5/car, £5 for a single dog, no packs of hounds please!  Check in on arrival – don’t just walk to friends tent.. & leave by dusk.  All that means we can keep the site small and safely managed.  Thanks 

Pretty much everything else is common sense – as with any hospitality venue, .. management discretion only becomes relevant if you’ve forgotten your manners…
